Earthquake Knowledge

The natural disaster of earthquake has taken the form of a social phenomenon due to the developments and social disaster experienced after the earthquake. This paper discusses the social, political and economic problems of the country in the light of the facts that the earthquake has brought to attention. The earthquake knowledge possessed by the scientist, by the society and by the administrative bodies of the country and the administrative chaos experienced after the natural disaster are the main topics of the study. Within this framework the changing and developing concept of administration in the age of information has been stated and the administrative problems and complications that have arisen have been ground to be rooted in not fully installing the necessary principles of the age of information.
