In this article the Turkish policy of the Middle East and especially the policy related to the Iraq Türkmens have been evaluated according to the criteria of war sociology. In relation to this issue the reorganisation of the weakening national spirit and the expansion of the area of manoeuvre as a result of the sociological evaluation of international relations.
