The Expansion of the Horizon, Turkish International Policy

The article studies the place of Türkiye after the dissolution of the USSR and the changing international conjuncture. After the end of the Cold War the rise of multi-centered system, globalisation, micro-nationalisms, newly liberated countries and the new centers of power are analysed and the new international policy choices of Türkiye are discussed.
